Doesn't seem like a men's rights issue. She was being stalked, and had reason to believe he was involved. This isn't female privilege, this is him getting collateral damage from an actual stalking, and she did what she could to make it right when it was revealed.

This was an honest mistake.

This could happen to a woman as well though, how is this a mens rights issue and not a crappy legal system issue?
