I understand why its unacceptable and agree its entirely inappropriate and those who do it should be punished if they recipient complains in the same way as any man would.

But having said that I have been groped at work by a colleague grabbing my crotch, and also had older women fondle my arms and chest (feeling my muscles) when we weren't even discussing fitness or bodies, juts while talking to me about completely unrelated stuff.

It honestly never bothered me at all. in fact it made work more interesting, but luckily the women who did this were not disgusting

Couple of years ago I had a crush on a female colleague. But I was too chicken to tell her how I feel, or make any move. One day we were talking casually, as she left walking by me, she grabbed on my ass. Her move made me come forward with my feelings later on.

Guess who was the one misinterpreting the "signs"!?

This is nothing new. Happened to me as an 18 year old at first job in the late 80's in an office of all 30+ year old women... and then it happened to the 20yr old replacing me when I got promoted. The whole gamut of sexist crap that men are lambasted for works just commonly in reverse from my experience.
