Years prior to this she slapped a different cop with a pocket book and received a $5000 fine. In this incident she resisted arrest and then slapped and swore at the cop. She tried to deny that it happened but it was caught on camera. She was charged with battery on a police officer, driving without a valid driver's license, driving an unregistered car as well as having an open alcohol container in the car, all misdemeanors. She was acquitted of resisting arrest because she allegedly misheard the officer. She received only 3 days in prison as well as a $2000+$10,000 fine. I can't imagine that a man who had previously assaulted a police officer would only get 3 days in prison if he did it again, not to mention the alcohol, driving without a license and the unregistered car - with the entire incident being caught on camera, I might add.
