My idea:

Budget for adequate training to protect the rights of men, boys, and their children to equal access for victims of domestic and sexual violence, and end illegal discrimination against them.

It seems that the rule of thumb as it pertains to domestic violence policing in Canada is that if a woman bruises her thumb while striking her male partner, he is abusing her. In other words, Canadian authorities measure the actions of women and men using different weights and measures, which is detestable.

I urge you to act in accordance with Canadian law, which recognizes the equality of all victims of family violence, including men, boys and their children, and to fully act on your duties to protect the "rights guaranteed equally to both sexes" under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, paragraph 28:
