We used to be a part of a circle that I didn't hang out with much. I knew she liked me, but she started dating someone because I didn't really hang out with them much.

Anyways, a few months have passed and I've seen her maybe once or twice. Her bf is in a different country now. I even heard her saying to her friends that she doesn't see her getting married or anything to her current bf. I mean they were talking stuff and I was just there with them lol. Now we're meeting after a few weeks in a few days. How do I escalate? I've never flirted with her before.
