The victim had initially named three men who she had been drinking with that night, as the possible perpetrators, but later named Clarence because she saw him in a dream.

The police refused to process a rape kit, and threw out possible evidence like the bed sheets and the victim's clothes.

One of the men who was drinking with the victim that night, confessed to Clarence that he had done the raping, but they still want Clarence retried.

Craziness.
