This article is a great example of how difficult people can find it to accept a woman is guilty of heinous acts, and is therefore deserving of the same punishment as a man committing the same crime. The husband doesn't want his wife to go to prison despite TWO murder attempts and a fake 'do not resuscitate letter'. Check out the defence barrister's comments, he certainly did his best for his client. Thank goodness neither the jury nor the judge were taken in by it.

Easy, women are rarely suspected of criminality. That's why they didn't catch her the first time and almost didn't the second time.

Whilst generally the Mail is not a nice paper, simply disregarding anyone's argument that refers to a story in it as 'rubbish' is a tired and hackneyed tactic used by feminists. It cant be claimed that all the stories there are equally biased. The sad truth is that few if any other papers even publish such stories of male suffering at the hands of women simply because it doesnt fit THEIR pro female narrative, as all their advertisers are predominantly selling to women with the usual tactic of the 'you're a princess and a delicate flower' approach.
