Glass ceiling/glass cellar, wider distribution curve - men are more advantaged at the top, but more disadvantaged at the bottom.

Tbh, I'm surprised seeing it apply to physical appearance factors - something women are generally accepted as having their social/mate value judged on to a greater degree than men. I wonder how reliably replicable these results will be.

The average height of male CEOs is something like 2 inches taller than the average height of the general population, too.

Unattractive men and women show an interesting pattern, too.

For women, they get a pay bonus if they're attractive, but not much of a penalty if they're unattractive. For men, they get a smaller bonus if they're attractive, and a much larger penalty if they're unattractive.
