I am a pretty strong person emotionally. I have been a riding EMT on a volunteer squad for almost 20 years and have seen some horrific injuries in my EMS career. When I saw this over two years ago, I cried. I watched the entire video and there is no doubt in my mind that those officers were outright guilty of 1st degree murder. When they got off, I was literally sick to my stomach and could not function for a day. This is the case that turned me into a SJW and opened my eyes to how fucked up our justice system is. To this day, I do not know how a jury could come to any other conclusion except to convict those officers of 1st degree murder of Kelly Thomas. The fact that one of them wants to get his job back is a huge FU to the people. I can only hope someday there will be justice for Kelly Thomas because he sure didn't find it on earth. RIP Kelly! FYI- Towards the end, Kelly is calling out for his father to help him(this is where I lost it) and then you hear his cries get weaker and weaker and then they stop. This is the most heart wrenching video I have ever watched. You have been warned!
