Just for the record, this means 'false' and 'baseless'. This does not mean that the remaining 27 were true, but rather, they had sex and the accused admitted to it, which immediately makes it possible that a rape happened in the books of colleges.

So how many Harvard students were actually convicted of rape in a court of law? Strange how the article leaves that part out. Probably because it stayed the same or went down and that's not the narrative. My very conservative guess is zero, with actual rapes hovering somewhere around that same figure. What they need to do is start throwing false accusers in jail. That will quickly reconcile the number of reports with the number of actual rapes.
