The guy who posted this on the comments page for that article described the situation perfectly :D at least there are more people actually recognising what men are doing now instead of just believing bitter and manipulative women.

It's a bummer because as much as I want the whole "wife, kids, and a dog" life, I know full damn well the implications of such a decision. I had to deal with my happiness existing only at the whim of another for my whole childhood. I'm freakin' terrified to voluntarily subject myself to that again.

Well, that and there are no good men anywhere. Remember, feminism wanted men and women to make the same amount of money. Women still want to "marry up" though, meaning in many cases they've basically jacked themselves out of a "good provider".
