I'm pretty sure the beef is with the double-standard held by Feminists in this regard - namely, that if having sex with a drunk woman is rape, so should having sex with a drunk man, as a fair and equal application of the "rule". Too often, feminists see a situation of a man and a woman getting drunk and having sex as "the man plied her with alcohol and raped her while she was drunk".

Long story short: either it's rape for both, or it's rape for neither. Let's apply it equally for everyone.

there isn't a consensus to be reached. the law is not an opinion poll. drunk people can consent to sex, incapacitated people can't. feminists like to blur the two so they can classify regretted, consensual drunk sex as rape.
