The fact that men are more variable than women is something that is widely believed among MRAs; I believed it myself. However, whereas as before there was only preliminary findings on the subject, we now have more conclusive results.

While there are areas where women are more variable than men, there's less of them and overall these categories would not be relevant to the issues we discuss here.

I didn't quite get what this was about at first but now I do because of what Christina Hoff Sommers was saying once. She was talking about in regards to wages, personality and so on but men were far more varied comparied to women on either end of the extreme where as women were often very average in regards to what they did in life.
