Makes you wonder how many men this sort of thing happens to who can't afford to defend themselves, let alone attempt to regain all the money they lost in court and damages of losing his job. The man's life is completely ruined by a messed up system. If it happened to me, I'd probably just have to plead guilty. (or write a letter proclaiming my innocence on facebook and just take the easy, cheap way out...) I don't have a house in Spain... let alone savings to speak of that I might put fourth to my defense.

This is truely terrifying.

But.. but... false accusations don't hurt the accused. Good to see them finally get justice.

Though I do wonder how Radhika Sanghani was able to maneuver her fingers to write this given the sexist arctic state of her office.
