Watching a program about police on the motorway. A guy got stopped as he had no insurance (it expired) so they said you have to find someone to come and get you cos they couldn't drive him.

Next its a woman speeding pulled over, she had no license for 14 years, speeding fines, expired tax, and thus no insurance. She cried a bit and he said he felt really sorry for her and drove her home. He said he didn't have the heart to fine her for the tax.

This theme is pretty consistent with the show. If you're a woman you are treated so much better.
