Do a bit of research on fitness beforehand and look good and you'll probably get it.

I'm assuming it's for memberships. Basic sales principles apply, meaning that you will have to prospect, present and then close.

Have some ideas on how you would get people in the door for new memberships in case they ask - market to local shops, pursue corporate groups and local sports teams are always good places to start.

For presentation they will just see how you speak and answer questions. Be friendly, open and clear and don't use one word answers. They might ask you to do something like sell a pencil to them (typical sales interview thing) so be prepared for something like that. Dress well but not over the top and look professional. Business casual ie a nice golf shirt and decent pants (not jeans) are fine for a gym, no need for a suit and tie.

Gym sales is all about being able to talk to people so as long as you're not a total incel you should be fine.
