The article is unfortunately light on detail, but it was surprising to see a Judge stand so strongly with a father's rights against what is allegedly a manipulating mother against the father.

And just to clarify, they're going to Juvenile Detention, not Juventus.

in a case like this i have no trouble with the mother losing custody. She should not be in charge of them.

This is the court transcript. Note that the parents have been fighting in court for the last SIX years. It is painfully obvious that the kids have been alienated from their father.
