How long since her father, who by the account above loved his daughter Heaven, was able to see her?

I'm concerned that the local Title IV-D agency might be failing to honor their duties to effectively enforce parenting time, like the agency in Michigan, where two children had been found dead and who had no contact with their fathers.

Title IV-D agencies are paid by we the taxpayers to collect child support and enforce parenting time.

Please join me to protect children by insisting that Title IV-D agencies honor their duties to enforce parenting time.
