I knew of a girl in college that was trying soo hard to get with this one guy, but he wasn't interested at all, and I think he was seeing someone else. Well one day he gets blackout drunk and he's passed out in his room. Someone goes in to check on him a while later and finds the girl blowing him while he's out cold. They flip out and make her leave, and the guy is finally somewhat awake and is upset about what happened, but he never wanted to press charges or anything, just sweep it under the rug.

Heck, one time I drank too much and was throwing up so my friends put me in a bed in the room everyone was hanging out in to keep an eye on me. I was too drunk to function, and apparently some girl that came in started making out with my passed out self, and while people were like WTF he puked all over and he's passed out, nobody stopped her and they knew I had a girlfriend at the time.

I think things like that happen often, and guys just for one reason or another just want to move past it.

Ok, I read most of that and I disagree with the point that this was rape, though I do agree that if the genders where reversed, society would have called it that.

But it isn't. Basicly you only gave a verbal no, while doing yes. You chose to get drunk, you chose to make out, you chose everything else and you let her into your room. You even admit to have actively taken part in this (being on top).

It is insane to define this as rape because you said no and did yes, because you regretted it afterwards. I would say the same if your genders where reversed.

I understand that being faithful is hard, but it is way easier if you stay away from situations that would cause you to fail, like making out drunk with a girl (which was cheating already).
