So one of the managers there said this in regards to banning men on certain days of the month:

And it’s not a ban. It’s a program that we run when the shop is not open to the public, and we only run it for 2 or 3 days out of the month. We have a second shop not very far away that is open to the public at the same time that this program is running.

I replied to that saying basically this (sadly I forgot to take a screenshot, but this is close to the same wording):

Men are barred from entering. That is by definition a ban.

Can you clarify how it is a program exactly? If I have a business, I cannot have it open as usual, ban non-white people from entering every other Friday, and call it a program even though the business is operating just the same other than banning non-white people.

Also, can you please explain how it is not open to the public? From what it appears, BikeWorks is doing business as usual. People cane come in off the street, buy products, get help with their bikes, etc. just like any other day. The only difference is that cisgender men are banned."

This is clearly a pretty relevant comment. No insults or anything like that were made.

It was ignored and deleted after a bit (all comments have to be manually approved though so no one saw it except for the site admin).

I am sure that I am not the only person who is intelligent enough to ask a question this obvious and relevant. However, as you can see, they are not approving any such comments (only comments supporting them, or just criticizing them without asking any tough questions are allowed).
