OP I did not watch the entire video. Can you tell me if she signed any document about alleged rape or abuse? If she did not put her name to paper to make a formal complaint I can understand why she was is not charged, it is shitty but I can understand and accept that.

apparently she walked away after this, and weeks later was given sole custody of a 1 year old baby as a "victim" of domestic violence. The man/father is on social media speaking for Family Law reform as he has spent 6 years fighting this story and this woman, and alienated from his daughter.
