Seeing a constant theme- attract girls enough to get them in my bed, but too beta/LTR minded to finish.

Got cold approached by a 9/10. How to proceed?

Went on a date with a potential 'long distance' 9/10 plate; it went fairly well. Now we're playing the radio silence game. How to continue from here?

"Don't tell me the Campus Sexual Assault Resolution Procedures, tell Women not to Falsely accuse me of Rape !"

Sounds silly.

I'm not sure what the message was in that segment, but I'll just point out a couple of issues I had with what was said.

First, do we really now have to pick politically correct and socially sensitive metaphors for sex? The problem she had is with the baseball metaphors for sex. The claim was that this analogy has many bad lessons for men. But that isn't a tool for teaching, it's an analogy to represent progress. That whole complaint is silly, if you look this hard to find a flaw in an analogy, every analogy will have flaws.

Then there was the part about men learning from other men about what women want. How is that a problem? Women engage in the reverse of this, is that also a problem? Should we be teaching young women to ask men what they want too? This whole segment started coming across as a piece about how to make sure women are treated like princesses. Men tend to speak to other men about how to get women because they are the ones who have experience trying to get them!

Finally, the point about just teaching men to get a 'yes' instead of also teaching women to give a 'no'. In my view there are two responsibilities that at least one-of must be upheld to avoid the common 'sexual assault' cases described in the piece. First, the man should be aware if the women isn't into it and stop if she isn't. Second, the woman must verbally/physically/explicitly communicate when she isn't into it. 'Sexual assault' happens when both men and women fail at these responsibilities. Society seems to only be blaming men for failing when in fact it's both who are failing.

In the above, I am of course leaving out non-heterosexual relationships in the use of pronouns for the ease of writing.

Baseball metaphors for sex:

Among American adolescents, baseball metaphors for sex are often used as euphemisms for the degree of physical intimacy achieved in sexual encounters or relationships. In the metaphor, first prevalent in the aftermath of World War II, sexual activities are described as if they are actions in a game of baseball.
