Unfortunately this is not good enough. "Rape" has now been defined by feminists to be a subjective perception in the mind of the victim. If the victim believed she was raped. Then listen and believe.

This means, looking at a woman if you're not attractive is rape. Disagreeing with a woman is rape. Asking a woman if she wants coffee in an elevator is rape and hugging a woman is rape. If a woman feels bad about a sexual encounter after the fact, it's rape. If the woman withdraws consent after the fact, it's rape.

MRAs are so caught up with the "teach men not to rape" they've missed the real purpose of that message. The expansion of the definition of rape.
