These people are intruding into the affairs of others. Why do they do it? Not because of genuine concern for victims:

It is time to rethink this crusade, which criminalizes too much sex, thereby trivializing actual sexual violence.

It must be some other reason. I would suggest the weaponization of the sexual accusation, used to empower the accusers.

I had a very similar discussion with a feminist about this last night. I told her that I've had experiences where under such a broad umbrella could be considered rape. But I don't consider myself a rape victim or survivor and it only serves to disparage the experiences of real victims. She told me that, "Unless you feel like you were raped, then you weren't". To which I responded, if that's the case, then you have to admit there are a lot less rape victims than feminists are leading us to believe.

This is a direct result of being taught that nothing is your fault for their entire childhood. Everything happens TO you, not BECAUSE of you. Therefore, if something looks like you made a mistake, it was actually someone doing something to you. Thanks, liberals.
