Feminist whitewashing of history Frobenioid May 17, 2015 43 upvotes /r/MensRights Anyone who's dealt with feminists knows they love to bend reality to suit their ideology/religion. They especially love twisting or outright fabricating statistics, but they also do their best to whitewash history. One example is Margaret Sanger, feminist birth control activist, eugenicist and extreme racist. Here are a few quotes: “I accepted an invitation to talk to the women’s branch of the Ku Klux Klan … I saw through the door dim figures parading with banners and illuminated crosses … I was escorted to the platform, was introduced, and began to speak … In the end, through simple illustrations I believed I had accomplished my purpose. A dozen invitations to speak to similar groups were proffered” Here's a picture of our feminist hero speaking to the KKK women. “Give dysgenic groups [people with 'bad genes'] in our population their choice of segregation or [compulsory] sterilization.” “We do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population, and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members” “Knowledge of birth control is essentially moral. Its general, though prudent, practice must lead to a higher individuality and ultimately to a cleaner race.” “The lower down in the scale of human development we go the less sexual control we find. It is said that the aboriginal Australian, the lowest known species of the human family, just a step higher than the chimpanzee in brain development, has so little sexual control that police authority alone prevents him from obtaining sexual satisfaction on the streets.” Now take a look at her Wikipedia page. Reading the race section you'd think she was a saint to black people and her racist statement regarding the extermination of the 'Negro population' is completely dismissed as just a misunderstanding while her extreme racism is said to be just a product of the times. Despite this Wikipedia page being biased through and through it's been marked as a 'good article'. Feel free to share more examples of feminist rewriting of history.
