Men as a group have fewer voting rights than women as a group. I'm not kidding here. This isn't just a matter of women having more members in the population. Nor is it a matter of women voting more proportional to their sex. I repeat men as a group have fewer voting rights than women as a group. The logic is simple. Prisoners often enough don't have the right to vote.
