I very much agree conceptually. Our goal is equality.

I do want to add that women have never, not at any point in history, lived as slaves to men. That is to say, there have been female slaves, but no society in human history has ever held women as a class as slaves in service to men as a class.

The idea that this not only happened but is still the case in modern western society is just patently ridiculous. Women have never been as free as they are now! To be honest, anyone who believes that modern western women are -as a class - "enslaved", is delusional.

The way I see most, and I say most because I know a handful who call themselves feminists but genuinely care about equality even though the media faces and heads of their movement are clearly man shamers/haters, anyways I see most feminist as spoiled little kids. Throwing fits because the other kid has a better toy. Demanding they get that toy. And the other kid gets nothing because they had to suffer for so long without the toy. And now they should enjoy the toy and the other kid should suffer. It's isn't a movement about let's both have different toys and share. It's you had a better toy. I was jealous so now I'll take it away and you can have shirt toys. And I'm going to play with my toy and watch you cry and enjoy it.

This is the reason I have never been and will never be a feminist.

I feel like we really, REALLY need to be more critical of the angry MRAs.

I'm seeing far too much hypocrisy in this subreddit and I've seen a few comments saying the same thing but they're few and far between.

This is not supposed to be an emotional support subreddit or a circlejerk.

Feminism loves to say it's about equality and behave like anything but, I do not want the same for the Men's Rights movement.
