Nick Loeb is the one who wants to bring these embryos to term. He is the one who wants to force Sofia Vergara to have a biological child. He is willing to mark her as a donor and she is not required to have any legal responsibility for the child(ren) he has.

I'm going to point this out because it needs to be said. Many people here are probably going to side with him. But they would also side with him if Sofia Vergara wanted the embryos brought to term and he did not. This would be hypocrisy and if you find yourself in this position, you need to look more critically at the views you hold.

Personally, I question why he cannot simply find another egg donor so as to have a child first. Yes, I understand that he believes that they are going to kill these two if they don't implant them, but if he is so desperate to have a child, why not find an egg donor and a surrogate already?

If it's not a mutual decision then he shouldn't force her to become a bio mom. Funny thing is, there was another article where a woman was crying how a man is controlling her reproduction when he was not willing to go ahead with their embryos. Both parties should have a say. If they don't agree - destroy it.
