I don't get it, what is this?

My friend gets to see his daughter next saturday and she is currently in love with bubbles so this is perfect. Right now he only gets to see her 7 hours a week and every other weekend. Parental Alienation is something I'm very worried for on his behalf but he's going to court soon to try to get more time. This is a real issue that deserves more recognition.
