Threatening sexual assault should indeed be punishable. The issue is the definition of seual assault and lack of due process. But threatening sexual assault just like threatening any assault is a crime.

I mean... If you threaten sexual assault that's a serious issue and should be a crime.

I guess they're taking issue with how to prove it?
