Would a father do that to a daughter? Maybe. If i see a story similar about reversed genders I will post it. I experienced similar issue with my mother who felt like my dad didnt get sacked enough post divorce and wanted to sell me things that were his after she got them via the court. Shitty parent yes- shitty person- yes. Opinion might depend on the gender of the reader. My mother would downvote both your and my post......and then ask me how much I would give her for______ again.
When a woman can sue her Ex husband 17 years after they are divorced and get millions out of him because he became rich AFTER they divorced- one should and could expect that a mother could do the same. Again- posting a story on Reddit isnt gonna change much, but it might give a guy heads up about the way some women think and behave. I am sure he isnt the first to have this happen to him, just maybe the first to tell. Like he says, he is giving a heads up to other folks. Thats what this sub is partially about too. If nothing else, it look likes another example of male privilege. Just my opinion. I respect your input.And agree with you to a point. Peace.
