With the exception of a few shelters that are congregate living settings, all domestic violence shelters in New York City are able to accommodate male victims.

We mostly obey the fucking law.

No, really that's terrific. Just like if McDonalds said most of their stores serve black people, with a few exceptions in the South, nobody would have an issue with that, right?
