I'd assume that Scott Adams has a mind of his own. He has encountered sexism (as a man) and still tries to make up his own mind, based on more than his person experiences. Personally, that's something I respect. And he did a few interesting comics on gender issues. From another comment of mine:

The ones prior to this one are also interesting ... especially

as are (among others), the following:

I love the last one about bored and aroused at the same time. I'm in my 30s and starting to prefer boring things, and it freaks me out.

Man, fuck that dude.

People fucking suck. There is nothing good in this world; people like Scott Adams make the world a more superficial and cold place, so funny Scott, so funny.

Hahahha, short men are losers! See, if we make fun of short men, and exclude them enough, then they'll get angry and we can laugh at them and make fun of them for being short and exclude them. And hey, we have an equitable society to build, unless you're a short man, then FUCK YOU. This is where I remember that this isn't a real movement, it's every man for himself and you fucks would throw the rest under the bus in a second. This is where I remember why men want this sort of movement, the disparity in treatment between humans and what is tolerated, but that it won't ever happen because you're all too fucking selfish and you draw lines in the sand in order to be fucking bigots.

Dude, he isn't saying that this is how the world should work, but rather, showing that this is how the world does work. Dilbert in this comic says women 'like me for me', yet they don't like him for him: they like him for superficial reasons.
