I'm a male in college right now. I'm inclined to not have sex at all, and I'm trying not to end up in bed with a girl for my remaining years at university so I can avoid all of this shit and not risk destroying my future.

"rape" is now just what we used to call sex. any excuse a girl wants to make to explain away regrettable sex or get back at a guy, they guy's guilty just for having sex with her. good luck out there, fellas.

Sue the police department, and the city will simply raise taxes.

Sue the college, and the board will simply raise tuition.

These are great battles, but the war needs something more than this. And I'm happy to see some states are stepping in and saying colleges can't do this anymore.

Yes. For once they are getting the university up on the podium to actually justify and defend their actions. I sincerely hope they get kicked to the curb, and that the John Doe gets to get on with his life without having this hanging over his head.
