No. She has just as much right to live in the house as you do, assuming it was purchased and/or partially paid for during the marriage. (Joint marital property.) If you completely owned the home prior to marriage, she is still a legal tenant by virtue of living there and you will have to evict her.

you can tell her to leave if she is not on the mortgage. otherwise it is her house also.

I'm a lawyer, albeit not in Virginia. But the best advice you received here, I will repeat - lawyer up, now. Start planning for the end of your marriage. No wife, who has even a modicum of respect for her husband, would do this.
