I was just curious, given all the discussion of which states & countries treat laws in differing ways (preponderance of evidence, burden of proof, presumed aggressor, custody & child support), and may have differing stats (homelessness, suicide, violent assaults, on the job death) etc-- what places in the world apply equality to human rights in ways that perhaps make them more hospitable to the average male?
