In the name of fairness and equality, what jobs should have more female participation?

Here's my vote:

Tower Technician.

Note that this man is FREE CLIMBING -- no safety lines are used.

Typical salary: $50,000 a year. These guys aren't even unionized.

That's more deaths than all the mining deaths in all of Canada where many thousands of people work underground on a daily basis with explosives and heavy equipment."

Edit: Apparently I should have added a /s tag. I'm under no delusions that there will ever be quotas for women in dangerous and dirty jobs. Just wanted to point out the hypocrisy of feminists complaining about lack of female representation in certain fields.
