Im now at around 90kg skinnyfat with hypogonadism (cant build up muscle properly) poor asfuck (cant afford proper Food), but what bothers me at most is the fucking ugly loose Skin all over my Body and my small genitals so i would consider plastic surgery because here in Germany where i live the chances of getting a surgery Paid by insurance are not even that low.

The Problem is that im Pretty fucked if insurance would not pay, because i got Zero education (left School at 5th grade) and Zero Job chances.

I actually dont even want a Job because in Germany youre an slave as a middleclass worker.

The only Thing i want is to look good and aesthetic to fuck as many Girls i can, i DONT want to spend any money on a Girl.

I want to get the pussy for free but for that you MUST be aesthetic ripped and good Looking otherwise you will only get laid for paying $.

Getting rich is not an Option for me so the only Option left would serveral plastic surgeries + roids to build a great physique.

But what can i do if insurance would not pay?
