It's not that time of year, but quite a few posts about sexual harassment orientations have been made, mostly focusing on male on female rape; and, given the new federal definition of rape, which includes rape by envelopment, as well as the numbers produced by the CDC, since "made to penetrate" counts as rape federally, it would seem these orientations are in violation of Title IX (in fact, gender studies itself may be).

This seems like it has the potential to be a massive blow to academic feminism, or at least it's narrative concerning sex crimes. Even if all that is effected are these orientations, it's like throwing an ideology proof vest on student's minds.
