Yes, police inflate their budgets because they panic women to think every male is a potential rapist, accuse men of it and so they get inflated budgets as part of their funding for the year....well they aren't told how to spend it are they?, funds can be redirected. No one got any real money out of me. I was basically robbed of my home, everything in it was recently new as i had just finished oil rigging for the winter, freedom, bank account and years out of my hide. As far as police go, once they knew like the other 11 false accusations ( randomly against others) was untrue, they just couldn't STOP!, their lies , became lies, more lies to cover lies, etc. I've only contacted one other victims mother, as we were friends and my accuser had accused at the time her 14 year old son of rape. Read the pre trial transcripts for a more detailed list of false accusations. She charged these people with assault, holding her against her will, assault with a weapon only 9 months later, then recanted via letter and refused to attend court and then another year later re accused them when she was questioned about it under oath! http://wheatkings.blogspot.ca/2014/08/ffffffffffffffffff.html and this next one is about the lead investigator who became friends with her on face book!....since all this he has been transferred and they transferred the evidence guy but they were all in on it. http://wheatkings.blogspot.ca/2014/08/beyond-call-of-dutywhen-line-stepping.html

Her parents? She was my step child, Troubled and on medication since age of 12. I had gotten her psychological help but it didn't seem to help. They just gave more pills for her. For a few of her accusations, I am the one who took her to the police. You have no choice when someone accuses a crime. We were good parents but i didn't raise her from until the age of 9, by 15 years of age she was straight out of a horror movie , drugs, men , skipping school, cops, running away. So i threatened to kick her out of my home and she pulled this on me, apparently i was the one leaving. Her motive is to cover up any mis deeds by an earth shattering accusation to dismiss what she is in trouble for, that and good or negative attention, she did not care as long as she was center of attention and always.
