Feminism:

the advocacy of women's rights on the grounds of political, social, and economic equality to men.

For comparison, egalitarian:

a person who advocates or supports egalitarian principles.

of, relating to, or believing in the principle that all people are equal and deserve equal rights and opportunities.

Feminism is advocacy for women, so by the dictionary definition it still does not help men, nor does it remove female privilege (required for equality), it's simply a hand raising one side of the scale. Conversely, egalitarian is not gender specific, however it's worth noting the conspicuous lack of "responsibility".
