Anyways, my ex is all but diagnosed as the above. Thankfully her completely false allegations of abuse to her and our 3 year old that started off our custody battle was dropped by her in agreement to pay her money right away.

Immediately after agreeing in court to a child support amount, she contact DCS. She did not tell DCS about the order and then made claims that I make 150% more a month than reported by my employer. The evidence she provided was an email I sent to her that was a copy/paste from a forum poster. I sent it to convince her to let me mine cryptos.

DCS dropped that without as much as a notice to me. Until she also had a judgmental hearing. She managed to have a phone call with DCS that I did not know was to occur and they decided on backed child support going further than the criminal charges that started our custody battle as well as a phantom $600 in medical expenses, child is on state healthcare. I sent the court order and this was dropped by DCS as well as a formal letter throwing ex under the bus.

Our parenting plan hasnt even been finalize but she has already opened two separate criminal cases against me from the police because she has coached my daughter to say "daddy hit me" and "Daddy hurt my pee pee." The detective and cps case worker who have contacted me both approached these charges with skepticism. I have yet to hear from the psychologist who spoke with our daughter. She has a provable habit of parental alienation and she has said things in front of my daughter on record like "Youre not her father," and general abusive things like name calling.

I have an appointment with CPS regarding the cases she opened this Monday.

I really want to start a claim of false accusation and I have a lot more documentation supporting her ability to lie to any governing body. Also Im really not sure how to address her still having 70% of my household property. Civil court would apparently over look anything that resells less than $1000.

What should I do?
