He faced many of the issues that plague many of us, and in the end he couldn't handle it. Ending his life in suicide, another issue which disproportionately affects men. Robin was amazingly smart and even funnier, but in the end he lived in a society where as the funny man he had to cheer everyone else up. Robin was facing /r/DeadBedrooms issues and was sleeping in a separate room from his current wife.

He was divorced twice already, his first wife was a cocktail waitress and his second wife a nanny both took him for over 30 million dollars. Both women made a lifetime of wealth for doing nothing more than being women, neither of whom actually earned their pay days.

At the same time bills keep piling in, and he was forced to take a job he hated for the money. He kept spiraling deeper into depression and ended up in rehab.

It's very clear that many men on Reddit and in my own life have faced these same issues. Me, my father and several of my uncles have all had stints of depression caused from many of these same issues.

I'd love to see someone come in here and victim blame Robin as well, because we're not allowed to victim blame people like Christy Mack for her choice of relationship. But when a man chooses a cocktail waitress and he's worth millions it's a stupid decision.

The hypocrisy is real. Men have issues. Robin might just be the person that gets everyone talking about them.
