Reluctance of men entering marriage/long-term relationships and raising families. This has its own reasons but it's intimately tied to a man's need of and desire for a job.
Low, stagnating wages and (perceived) injustice of the wealth distribution
Overly formal, extremely competitive and condescending climate of the whole application process
Harsh working conditions, long hours, lots of overtime, mentally draining tasks, pervasive glass ceilings (for everyone)
(Electronic) entertainment is very advanced nowadays.
Boys and young men lack of male role-models and are showered with conflicting messages of masculinity
