the appeal of badboy archetype is that she ''tames'' the wild boy, or ''soothes'' the tortured soul, or she's the special one he's willing to consider, or tough guy/tsundere who has a secret soft side which is precious since it shows rarely or whatever, you guys probably know the romanticized teen girl fantasy fictions with emo boys that were popular in 2000's.

but incels don't come off as this, they either come off as latent homosexuals who hate women or weak guys with victim complexes, this lacks the romanticized appeal of the badboy or troubled soul archetype, and on the opposite hand, doesn't have the appeal of the refined gentleman archetype obviously, heck, it lacks the appeal of even the ''simp pushover'' that she can get an ego boost or some kind of use from.
