When I see these sorts of articles and couples, the optimistic part of me thinks "Wow, hope they stay together and make each other" but the pessimistic part of me thinks "it's for clout, it's a fake couple, she's taking Tyrone dick on the side, etc". I just refuse to believe that any woman can "love" an ugly man, romantically.

Stuff like this is hardly a success anyway in my book. Dude went his whole life without female affection, and had zero agency over his romantic life; 1 (one) woman finally showing him some attention in his 40's doesn't really make up for that.
What a rough life in general. Dude has never even tasted food and feeds himself through a tube that goes into his stomach.

I hope he's happy now, at least.

Also, here's a quote from his wife from a different article:
