It's 00.38 am here now and I'm house hunting.

The thing is that since 24 h ago, I have talked to the 2 representatives, from the house selling companies, you know. And I have stated my interest to the 3 houses available on the same street.

And later in the evening, I received a phone call from my bank that they are willing to make me a loan offer.

And my wife is pushing me to move out, so I'm facing a situation where I have the money, but no house to move in, right away any way.

I think that this situation is going well. So, I'm happier now than I was 24 h ago.
