Interesting find! Nothing unique about the divorce in my opinion. Looks like the tape is available because the father sued his attorney for malpractice (found in description of YouTube video).

He sued the attorney cuz she told him it was ok to check wife’s email and almost lost his job.

The interesting thing about the recording to me is how standard the fuckery is all across the US. The father pays everything and gets the shaft on everything. Surprise surprise.

I think men’s rights lawyers are scammers. Men only get primary custody and child support under the most rare conditions. Hiring an expensive men’s rights firm is not the way to optimize the divorce. They are just professional paper pushers and it doesn’t matter if they win any concessions.

Would love to hear success stories from men with men’s rights lawyers. I bet they are very few and far between. I think their trick is to say “wow your ex is sure getting nasty, you NEED us to protect you.”

What this guy should have done is discovery on the inheritance account, bluff like he was going to get it called a marital asset, then take that off the table when he had a signed custody plan. Of course the lawyers could get more money pushing useless papers back and forth.
