Hello all, I would appreciate any advice or insight. I'm starting to look into divorce with my wife. We have 2 school age kids in Florida. I am going to push for equal overnight stays but with my current employer my hours can start between 6-8am and end equally early at 2-4pm. I don't have any (of my) family near so I'd have to either rely on the STBX and her family. Do you have any suggestions on how I can make this work?

I feel like I can't make this work and may have to default back to the standard Florida timeshare plan that is every other weekend during the school year and every other week during summer break.
