This past Monday I called out my STBX about her sleeping with another married man.(2nd one this year) and later that day she got the police to serve me with a no trespassing/harrassment papers. During the conversation the cop point blank to me that i need to sign the papers and get it over with. FYI I'm dragging it on so I can claim my daughter on my taxes. I can't believe that city cop tried telling me what I had to do. Just for that, I'm dragging my feet. Also he told me that my 15 year old daughter could be the middle man between me and my STBX. What a douche bag
